All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a tracking link to follow your shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time and Delivery Areas
We currently ship to Germany and most EU countries.
- Germany: Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days after dispatch
- Other EU countries: Delivery may take 4–8 business days, depending on the destination and courier
All shipments are handled by trusted courier services to ensure safe and reliable delivery.
3. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping and free returns on orders over €30
- Orders under €30 may be subject to a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout
All prices displayed on our website include VAT.

Lilouva cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors. If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before the order ships.

In certain situations, items from the same order may be shipped separately due to inventory availability or logistics requirements. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
